Scottish and Southern Energy Networks – SSEN – launch Video Relay Service (VRS) for Deaf BSL users.
Residents in the North of Scotland and the south of England can contact SSEN whenever there is a power cut in their area.
Priority services: SSEN offer extra help during a power cut to customers who join our Priority Services Register.
